How to Use This Tool

1. Fill Out Your Roster

Start by filling in the table on the left. Click the "Add Shift" button to create new rows. You can also paste data from a spreadsheet. The data saves automatically to your browser.

2. Import & Export (Optional)

Use the "Import CSV" button to upload a roster from a spreadsheet. Use "Export CSV" to download your current roster as a backup. The columns in your CSV should be: Name, Role, Start Time, End Time, Notes.

3. Generate Your Printouts

Click the big "Generate" button. This will open a new, printer-friendly tab containing:

  • A Master Roster with all shifts, sorted by time.
  • A Role-Based Roster for each unique role (e.g., "Main Gate Team").
  • A personalized Itinerary Page for each individual volunteer.
